I am Hemalatha Krishnaswamy, born and brought up in Chennai, an entrepreneur, mentor, humanitarian, corporate trainer, social welfare leader, author, and creative artist with over 31 years of experience in business leadership, women empowerment, mentorship, education, counselling, and social development initiatives.
Married to an engineer who is now retired and serving ancient temples, I am blessed with two daughters and one son, all happily married, and five wonderful grandchildren. Alongside caring for my lovely parents in their 90s, I continue dedicating my life to uplifting society through compassion, leadership, skill development, counselling, and humanitarian service.
My journey has always been centered around empowering women, supporting children, guiding youth, promoting mental wellbeing, and creating opportunities for individuals to lead confident and value-based lives. I strongly believe in living by my motto: “Being the change that I want to see in others.”
